ServicesProducts and Services BKB Designs will be focused on providing Kitchen and Bath solutions in both renovations and new construction. These solutions will incorporate the design and installation of cabinetry which is the foundation for the space. BKB projects may involve a variable number of stages with a given client. Projects could be completely turn-key, while others may only involve front end design service and consulting. BKB Designs will market high-end cabinetry from select vendors. Solutions will primarily involve the top product line, but lines will be available for clients with budget constraints. Kitchen and Bath projects normally involve much more than cabinetry, therefore BKB Designs will utilize a number of industry partners for aspects such as renovations, appliances, fixtures, and countertops. Project Lifecycle A kitchen or bath project can involve many different facets depending on the scope. As a general rule, this is how we approach building a solution for the client. Initial Consultation During the initial meeting, we will discuss project ideas and share sources for potential materials involved. There are no deliverables produced as a result of this initial meeting. Design Agreement Should you decide to proceed with us on your project, we will move into the design phase. We will produce drawings of your project, from which cabinetry can be specified and ordered. Also in this phase we will assist you with selection of appliances, countertops, and other items as necessary. A retainer will be charged for these services, which would be deducted from your overall project cost if cabinetry is ordered through BKB. Cabinetry Order and Installation From the drawings produced in the design phase, cabinetry will be ordered based on the exact specifications. Our craftsmen will perform installation of cabinetry, bringing the concept to life. |
